We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from The Creatives Collection. Here's everything you need to know about our refund process:

Eligible Items:
• Printful Products:
  - Must be unworn/unused and in original condition
  - Must be returned within 30 days of delivery
  - Original packaging preferred
  - Items must be free from signs of use, wear, or washing

• Inspecial Home:
  - Must be unused and in original condition
  - Must be returned within 30 days of delivery
  - Original packaging required
  - Items must not show signs of use or damage

Non-Returnable Items:
• Custom-made or personalised items
• Items marked as final sale
• Items that have been used, washed, or damaged
• Items without proof of purchase

How to Request a Refund:
1. Email us at info@thecreativescollection with:
   - Your order number
   - Photos of the item(s)
   - Reason for return
2. Wait for our confirmation and return instructions
3. Ship items back using tracked shipping
4. Once received, we'll inspect the items
5. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days

Important Notes:
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
• For international returns, any customs/duty fees are non-refundable
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:
1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
2. Include photos of the damage/incorrect item
3. We'll arrange a replacement or refund
4. Return shipping will be covered by us in these cases
